As noted on your formal invitation, there is no public access or guest parking available at the Waterfall Lodge venue unless you are staying overnight in a cabin. Mason and Olivia have contracted a shuttle that will pickup guests in two select locations.

Accommodation Options:

Option 1: Cabin at Waterfall Lodge

There are a limited number of cabins available onsite at Waterfall Lodge. Please contact Olivia & Mason directly to book one of these.

Details: $225/night; 1 king bed OR 4 twin bed options available, full bathroom, shower, closet, A/C, etc..

Important: Bridal party and family will be prioritized for these but please don't let that stop you from inquiring about one! We should have more than enough available.

We have to be checked out and venue clear by 10am on Friday morning. If you plan to sleep in, this may not be your best option as there is no flexibility in this policy.

You will not need any shuttle for this option as you will be parked onsite already and right in the mix!

Option 2: Brookdale Lodge

There is a local hotel called the Brookdale Lodge only a couple miles from the venue. Mason & Olivia have a room block here where guests are welcomed, and encouraged, to stay should they forego the cabin option.

Details: $150/night

Important: If you decide to stay here, the shuttle will pick you up here directly and drop you back off after the wedding. We are also hosting an "after party" here at the hotel's Lounge.

Option 3: Booking a Separate Stay near Waterfall Lodge

Details: Up to you!

Important: The shuttle will not be able to pick you up from this stay so please review the instructions regarding the Church Parking Lot below very carefully.

Option 4: Driving Home Thursday Night

Important: Your safety is REALLY important to us. Highway 17 and the Santa Cruz mountains are no joke so if you decide to travel home after the wedding, please do so SOBER. Drunk driving will not be tolerated.

For Options 3 & 4:

Please drive to the address below where you will park and board a shuttle to the venue. We will contact you all closer to the wedding date to assign you a time block to arrive but please plan to be there no later than 3pm to account for travel time and multiple shuttle trips for guests.
